Rodd & Shelley Murphy – AIM Co-Founders/Directors

AIM is a true example of Rodd and Shelley’s passion for helping others.  Over the past decade, these directors have continued to ‘fill a need’ and build services through operating residential care homes, developing an alternative school program, and creating AIM as a place of belonging, fun, friendships, opportunity, safety and real community connections.  Along with their dedication and motivation for helpings others comes extensive experience with 5 children of their own and raising over 12 foster children. Included in that experience is Rodd’s 30 years of front line work with individuals with special needs and at risk youth, and Shelley’s 24 years of service to the special needs community and at risk children and families.  There’s no shortage of experience and absolutely no sign of them slowing down!  After 10 years of AIM they continue to genuinely take pride in being approachable, flexible, compassionate and creative in order to provide the best program possible for their “AIM family”
