(Formerly Lifeskills Respite) Practice your kitchen and cooking skills or learn new tricks and tips! Plan prepare and enjoy your cooking and kitchen creations. This club also provides opportunities for social time with friends in a relaxing environment.

Art Club

Get creative and meet new friends!  Join our Drop-In Art Club!  With new projects every week, there’s something for everyone.  Join the Oakville Day Program for this special drop in opportunity focused on art, fun and making new friends.  Limited space available, pre-registration is required.

Social Club

A fun and social group that focuses on community connecting and opportunities, like outings and special activities.  Enjoy trips like bowling, pub nights and movie trips in the community or parties, special guest and events at our location.

Social Club members will take an active role in the process of decision-making, planning and execution of activities.

*During COVID-19 ‘community activities’ will occur on site and special events will be modified for safety.

Who is it for?

 Individuals who can follow COVID-19 guidelines, such as wearing a mask or shield and maintain a 6-foot physical distance with reminders.  Also, for those who are independent in the washroom and who don’t have aggressive or running away behaviours.
