What is Glimmer?
Inspired by the work of Deb Dana, we understand “Glimmers” as those precious moments that bring us a sense of peace, joy, and calm. They’re invitations from our parasympathetic nervous system to relax and find our center. A Glimmer might be:

- Sunlight on your skin
- The sound of laughter
- The quiet beauty of nature
- A comforting smell or taste
- Connection with loved ones
