These terms cover the use of the Adults in Motion website. By using the site, you agree to them.

They are short on purpose. They are not a contract about our programs. If you join a program, that is covered by the agreements you sign with us.

What is on this site

We try to keep everything on this site accurate and up to date. Program details, event dates, times and prices can change. Sometimes something here will be out of date.

If a detail matters to a decision you are making, please contact us to check it.

Applying to join

The application form on this site is a request to be considered. Sending it does not mean a place has been offered or accepted.

We review each application and get in touch. Places in our programs are limited and are not guaranteed.

Your account

Some parts of this site need a login. If you have one, keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has it.

Using the site properly

Please do not use this site to send anything abusive, misleading or unlawful. Please do not try to get into parts of it you are not meant to see.

We watch for automated abuse. We may block access that looks automated.

Our content

The words, images and design on this site belong to Adults in Motion. Please ask us before copying them.

Photographs of participants are published with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other organizations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what is on them.

Payments and donations

All payments and donations are received by Adults in Motion. Shop purchases are processed through Etsy. Donations are processed through PayPal.

All purchases and donations are final and non-refundable. A receipt for your transaction is available if you ask.

Limitation of liability

We provide this site as it is. We cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adults in Motion and its directors, employees, volunteers, and representatives will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its content.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows when they last changed.
